If you are looking for a way to help the Japanese cleanup efforts and get the affected people the supplies they need, then we have a great fundraiser opportunity.
I met last week with the owners of
Stuff2Color, a website devoted to selling large, blank posters to color. One of their talented artists has created this beautiful
Japanese tribute image, available for $10. This 10 x 14 poster is black & white, and just begging to be colored with Copics. All proceeds will go to the Japanese Red Cross.
We look forward to helping the Japanese people rebuild their lives and know that their friends from around the world support them.
Hi, Marianne.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for letting people know about how they can help out with Japan.
My family are out there but in Tokyo and for now, safe.
Not a day goes by I think of all the destruction and devastation those people face in the TOHOKU region. I was in that area in October. It was so beautiful...
Again, thank you!!
What a beautiful way to support the people of Japan.
ReplyDeleteTake care and STAY POSITIVE!
Thanks so much Marianne, I would love to help.
ReplyDeleteOn another matter. I have checked at Books a Million and Barnes and NOble trying to find your Shades and Shading book. No body has it. Do you know of any place that I can get it. I can't even find it at my favorite online stores. HELP.
My book is only available through art stores and papercrafting stores...the same places that would sell Copic markers. If you look at online marker retailers you might have better luck. Oherwise, your local stamp or art store can special order it.
ReplyDeleteI found my copy of Shades and Shading book at Ellen Hutson on line. Thanks for telling eveyone how to help Japan.
